Power & Battery

Vacuum cleaner will not turn on
  • Ensure the battery pack is fully charged. The LED indicator should show a solid light.
  • Check if the battery is securely clicked into place.
  • Verify the dust cup is properly attached. Built-in safety sensors will prevent the motor from starting if it's loose.
  • If the unit was recently used heavily, the thermal protection might have activated. Let it cool for 30 minutes.
Battery is not charging

Follow these steps to resolve charging issues:

  1. Check that the power adapter is plugged securely into a working wall outlet.
  2. Inspect the charging contacts on both the battery and the charger for dirt or debris. Wipe them with a dry cloth.
  3. Ensure you are using the original LIYYOU OEM charger provided with the unit.

Suction & Performance

Noticeable loss of suction power

A drop in suction is usually caused by restricted airflow. Check the following:

  • Dust Cup: Empty the dust cup. If it's over the MAX line, suction will decrease.
  • Filters: Remove and wash the HEPA and pre-motor filters. Allow them to air dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
  • Blockages: Disconnect the wand and floor head. Look through them to check for clogs caused by large debris.
Motorized brush roll is not spinning

1. Turn off the vacuum and remove the floor head.

2. Check for tangled hair, string, or carpet fibers wrapped around the brush roll. Use scissors to carefully cut them away along the designated groove.

3. Ensure the floor head is firmly reconnected to the wand or main body. The electrical connection pins must be fully engaged.
